Reginald Chihota is a seasoned insurance executive and business leader with more than thirty years of experience in the life assurance and financial services industry. He currently serves as the Group Managing Director of Fidelity Life Assurance, one of Zimbabwe’s leading listed insurance groups. Over the course of his career, Reginald has developed extensive expertise in Life Assurance, Group Pensions, Medical Insurance, Employee Benefits, and Corporate Strategy. He has held senior leadership positions with both Old Mutual and Fidelity Life Assurance, two of the largest and most respected insurance organisations in Zimbabwe. His professional experience extends beyond Zimbabwe, having worked in Zambia, Angola, and South Sudan, while also undertaking strategic assignments in Malawi and Mozambique.
