Rokhaya KANDJI is the Managing Director of IFAGE, the first institute in French-speaking sub-Saharan Africa specialised in insurance and actuarial sciences. With over 11 years of experience, she has led the creation of groundbreaking programs, including the region’s first Bachelor’s (2015) and Master’s (2018) in Actuarial Sciences.

Passionate about strengthening Africa’s learning systems, she has built partnerships with universities in Europe, the U.S., and West and East Africa, positioning IFAGE within the global actuarial community.

As regional coordinator for Francophone Africa, Rokhaya supports and increases membership, collaborates with other coordinators to develop inclusive insurance, implements the Landscape program, contributes to knowledge sharing, and strengthens BPGs.
