Yeside is the CEO of SOEYA Consult, a foremost insurance training and advisory firm. She is a lawyer, seasoned insurance trainer, and respected industry strategist with over 30 years of distinguished experience in Nigeria’s insurance sector.

Yeside was formerly the Head of Department of Insurance at Lagos State University, and Pioneer Rector of the College of Insurance and Financial Management (CIFM), Nigeria. She currently is a UNDP Master Trainer on Inclusive Insurance; ILO National Trainer on Financial Education, Chairman of the Financial Inclusion Working Group for the implementation of Nigeria Insurance Industry Reform Act 2025 and Chairman of the AIO Book Review Committee.

A highly sought-after facilitator and thought leader, Yeside regularly leads executive strategic dialogues on insurance governance, regulation, financial inclusion, and market development.

Her academic credentials reflect a multidisciplinary foundation in law, management, and insurance. Yeside holds a PhD in Law from the University of Leicester, UK.
