David Mueller is an economic development specialist with programme management and technical experience with the UN, NGOs, the private sector and government. As a long-standing member of UNDP’s Sustainable Finance Hub, he joined IRFF as the Regional Lead for Sub-Saharan Africa where works with country teams to deliver the Facility’s programming, and coordinates regional insurance and risk financing initiatives with public and private stakeholders. David is based at the UNDP Africa Sustainable Finance Hub in Pretoria, South Africa.
